One of the oldest hotels in Bahrain is changing its name as part of a revamp, the GDN reported. The Regency InterContinental, which opened 25 years ago, will undergo major renovations next year, including a introducing a new car park, fitness centre and additional food and beverage outlets.
The hotel also plans a total refurbishment of all 321 rooms, to coincide with its 25th anniversary celebrations.
