The Pearl-Qatar, the $2.5 billion island being reclaimed off the coast of Doha, is set to take the limelight at this year's Cityscape 2005 - the International Property Investment and Development Event being held in Dubai in September.
The Mediterranean-style destination, positioned as The Riviera Arabia, has signed on as silver sponsor for Cityscape, which will run at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from September 17-19.
