French signage company, Power Link Electronics, said it is to prioritise the Middle East in its marketing strategy after the company’s sales to the region have topped one million dollars this year.
The company, which produces Neon and other signage material, says the Middle East is set to become one of its most important markets in our global expansion plan. “Our sales to the Middle East now represent over 20 percent of our global business and we are now looking to double them, so the region will dominate a higher percentage of our worldwide activities,” said the company’s Export Director Patrick Chan.
The company said increased sales are anticipated from the pending launch into the region of two new professional Neon products. “We will launch both into the Middle East at the show in Dubai this January. We have participated in this show since 1999 since then our sales to the region have increased ten-fold,” said Chan.
Currently working through Dubai distributor Masonlite Sign Supplies & Equipment, Power Link says it plans to use Sign & Graphic Imaging to source “strong and reliable marketing and distribution partners for every other country in the Middle East. Following the show we will appoint exclusive distributors and base a technical support team in the Middle East,” said Chan. — (Mena Report)
