$10 Billion Spent on Kuwait's Environmental Fuel Project

Kuwait has spent a total of KD3.1 billion ($10.25 billion) on its environmental fuel project until the end of September 2017, it has been revealed.
 
Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) CEO Mohammad Al-Mutair said in an interview with 'Al-Seyassah' newspaper that the total number of people working on the project was about 39,000.
 
He said company expected to receive the first payments of external financing for the project in November, the Kuwait News Agency (Kuna) reported
