ADNOC Distribution’s ‘Hello Summer’ Campaign Offers All Customers Free Assisted Fueling From 11am – 5pm This July

ADNOC Distribution, the UAE’s leading fuel and convenience retailer has, today, launched its ‘Hello Summer’ campaign offering ADNOC Wallet customers free assisted fueling during the hottest part of the day in July and August. Between the hours of 11am to 5pm daily, ADNOC Wallet customers will enjoy the assistance of an attendant, free of charge, at sites nationwide. Customers not using ADNOC Wallet will also be able to enjoy the same free service for July and can sign-up in just two minutes to take advantage of the offer in August too. 

ADNOC Wallet is an easier and faster way for customers to securely pay for their fuel at any ADNOC Distribution service station. Customers simply top-up their ADNOC Wallet with credit and can then pay using their Emirates ID or other tokens at the pump.  Available through the ADNOC Dist. app, the ADNOC Distribution website or in the stations, it takes just two minutes to sign-up. ADNOC Wallet can be used to pay for fuel, car wash, ADNOC Lube and C-Store purchases.

For added convenience, ADNOC Wallet account holders can also nominate multiple beneficiaries who can use their account. The account holder simply nominates individual beneficiaries – say their spouse, children or driver, and register each of their Emirates ID as the payment token. Each beneficiary can then easily refuel and simply present their Emirates ID at the pump to pay for their fuel and the fee will be taken from the account holder’s Wallet account. This avoids unnecessary bank transfers or having cash on hand when family members need to refuel their car.

The ’Hello Summer’ campaign is available to all ADNOC Distribution customers across the UAE between 11am and 5pm during the month of July. Customers will still be able to refuel their car using Self-Serve at any time of the day, should they choose to do so. Premium Service will be available to customers from 5pm – 11am; however, Premium Rewards can still be redeemed at any time. Normal operations will resume on August 1st for non ADNOC Wallet customers. From August 1st, customers paying with ADNOC Wallet may have an attendant refuel their card for free during 11am – 5pm during August but will not be eligible for Premium Rewards during these hours.
