Al Bustan Centre & Residence Successfully Holds Annual Employee Team Building

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently completed a successful annual team building program for all the hotel employees which aims to boost their morale and create harmony in the working place.
Held at the hotel premises, the four-day event saw the participation of all the hotel management and employees. Being divided into four teams, the employees were given an opportunity to interact with their colleagues from other departments and challenged them to manifest team work and effort during the activities and exercises.
The event was graced by Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Office, “It is very essential that all the hotel employees are working together towards one goal and one spirit that is why we never miss to conduct a team building every year.”

The team building successfully ended with an awarding ceremony with the winning team receiving their prizes for their hard work and achievements.
