Al Bustan Centre & Residence organizes “Presentation for Skills Training”

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartment among visiting tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently organized a presentation for Skills Training to educate the hotel’s middle management on the advantages of effective training tools and help develop professional skills of the selected staff.
The one day program titled “Upfront”, conducted in coordination with Wilson Learning LLC, highlighted the key areas of ground work, engage, develop and close, in an effective presentation. The participants were given the opportunity to deliver two presentations each, followed by the recording and feedback sessions.
Moussa El Hayek, COO Al Bustan Centre and Residence, mentioned; “We conducted the training to emphasize the importance of effective presentations, and usage of tools of efficiency, fluency while delivering, and confidence during the activity. We aspire to continue such programs in order to spruce up our employees’ skills”.
The presentation also provided useful information on departmental trainings and was focused on the importance of confidence in public speaking and delivering a clear message effectively. The participants appreciated and enjoyed the well organized session and provided a positive and healthy feedback.
