KIA Motors Corp., through its sole UAE distributor Al Majid Motors Co., is celebrating its success at the ArabWheels Awards 2017, where its all-new KIA Rio triumphed as the winner of the ‘Sporty Compact Car Hatchback and Sedan’ category. In its fourth generation, the popular B-segment vehicle has been meticulously redesigned to appeal to a wider audience than ever before – from its striking new look and class-leading practicality, to an improved ride and greater safety credentials.

The all-new KIA Rio features a 1400cc 100ps gasoline engine that delivers a thrilling ride enhanced by a six-speed auto transmission, Electronic Stability Control and Auto Cruise Control. Drivers can travel with ease thanks to the KIA Rio’s hands-free telephone and Bluetooth pairing, steering wheel audio remote, and keyless entry and ignition, while also enjoying ultimate comfort with full auto climate control, plush leather seats and a power sunroof.

The vehicle also offers a progressive new exterior design defined by straight lines and smooth surfacing, giving it a distinctive new look and more mature character that can be enhanced with the choice of 10 exterior finishes and two different aluminium alloy wheel designs. The interior has also been redesigned to offer one of the most spacious cabins and highest cargo capacities in the B-segment, while incorporating a range of advanced technologies including KIA’s new infotainment system.
