ALMabarrah ALKhalifia Foundation Concludes Rayaat Program Course and Workshop

AlMabarrah AlKhalifia announced the conclusion of its 2019 activities and workshops held under Rayaat Program. Sponsored by Tamkeen and directed by Gold Trust Institute, workshops focused on a variety of topics including: “Effective Team Building”, “Career Protocol”, and “Leading Highly Efficient Teams”. The training courses were tailored with the aim of enhancing students’ soft skills such as; punctuality, teamwork, and performing under pressure

During the program, Rayaat students successfully completed an English language course at Berlitz Language Center. Other activities also included a cooking class conducted by Chef Sara Al Khooheji at The Cooking Studio, a jewelry workshop highlighting the necessary diamonds buying tips, as well as an “Auto Mechanics” workshop. INJAZ Bahrain also conducted a workshop focused on initiating collaboration, where essential business and economic concepts were discussed to help students in the exploration of new interests and career opportunities.

HRH Sheikha Zain bint Khalid AlKhalifa, Chairperson of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation commented: “We extend our thanks and appreciation to Tamkeen for its continuous support of different initiatives and workshop held regularly to benefit our students. We are proud to have offered around 270 scholarships so far, spanning various fields and specializations and catering to different interests and capabilities. These initiatives come in support of 2030 Economic Vision, and we look forward to establishing further fruitful partnerships with private and public entities in the future.”

 “Rayaat” program offers training sessions and workshops that aim to reinforce self-esteem, develop self-assertion, and enhance speaking, management and communication skills, with a focus on English fluency, giving students a platform to engage in the market and fulfill their roles.

Rayaat Scholarship Program was launched in 2011 as a comprehensive approach to promote educational achievement and personal development through providing students with scholarship opportunities at accredited universities in the Kingdom. The program provides scholarships for students to join an accredited university in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as offering many benefits including financial incentives, workshops, and internship opportunities. It also offers opportunities to promote a culture of ‘community responsibility” by instilling volunteerism and community service within a supportive environment.
