Arabian Automobiles Company, the flagship automotive division of AW Rostamani Group and exclusive dealer for Nissan, INFINITI and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, completed 2017 with record breaking award wins of Global Nissan Aftersales Award (GNAA) for 10 consecutive years, further reinstating their position as the trusted source for drivers across their network. The awards are declared by the Nissan Motor Company in Japan on the basis of various aftersales performance indicators that include Standards & Compliance, Customer Service, Customer Retention & Loyalty, Parts Availability, Employees Performance and Business Management.

Amongst the prestigious awards received for Regional Aftersales Skills Contests, gold medals for the following categories are:

First Gold Award - 21st Nissan Service Technician Excellence Competency, was won by the technician Abdul Latif, who also received recognition for Best in Electrical Diagnosis and Best in Engine Diagnosis. Second Gold Award - 7th Nissan Parts Executive Excellence Competency, was won by James Pinto, who also recognized as Best in Order Taking. The Silver Award - 11th Nissan Service Advisor Excellence Competency was won by Allwyn Alphonso who also recognized as Best in Receiving Process. Arabian Automobiles Company’s Aftersales Division has indeed proven that it has the best capabilities and expertise to cater to its diverse clientele’s wants and needs, with even more accolades on the way for its service excellence in the automotive industry.

The Regional Aftersales Skills Contest is a platform for Nissan Middle East to recognize and award Nissan Frontline Staff Brand Ambassadors and Nissan Technicians.
