The automotive company has received 3 gold medals for its Aftersales service at the Nissan Middle East Regional Skills Contest, which was held at the panoramic Armani Hotel in Dubai.
Arabian Automobiles Company was recognized and awarded as the “best performing NSC” (National Sales Company) in the middle east region, by winning all three Golds in Technician, Service Advisor and Parts Executive skill & competence assessment across the Middle East region. The company also won six Kaizen Awards for innovative best practices in Aftersales Customer Care, Workshop and Parts Operations across four categories.
