Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa, located in the heart of the ancient cultural district and diplomatic enclosure of Dubai, will promote the rich heritage of the UAE and boost tourism in the region through its different guest houses offering traditional Emirati style and structural design, in this year’s Arabian Travel Market (ATM).

Part of Planet Hospitality, the property has taken part in reinforcing UAE’s culture and tradition through the Heritage Collection, offering guest houses in traditional Emirati style and structural design. The property has inaugurated Barjeel Heritage Guest House and Ahmedia Heritage Guest House earlier this year, which allows tourists and residents to experience and become accustomed with the local customs and values. The group also eyes expansion in other emirates, specifically in Abu Dhabi, this 2013.

Habib Khan, General Manager, Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa, said: “We plan to highlight the preservation and promotion of the rich culture and tradition of the UAE through the hospitality sector. We aim to play a major role in contributing to the socio-economic growth of the country and increasing the tourism business in the region, and the Arabian Travel Market is the ideal platform to achieve these goals.”

Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa will be part of the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) stand and will showcase products and services including DSS promotions, and special packages for occasions like Ramadan, Eid and the festive holidays.

“We have witnessed that GCC holidays and special events like DSF and DSS generate significant contributions in the hotel’s occupancy, thus, we plan to make the most of these occasions to promote the property and Dubai as a destination. We set sights on maximising the revenue by capitalising on the opportunities available in the market and we are very positive that the results for this year will top the 2012 figures by at least five to seven per cent,” added Khan.

Arabian Travel Market, the leading travel and tourism show in the Middle East, will run from May 6th to 9th at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC). The event brings together inbound and outbound professionals in the travel and tourism sector such as aviation, hospitality, travel agencies, and tourism boards.
