Azizi Developments’ Community Management Partner VCM Elevates Residents’ Lifestyles

Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, is taking proactive steps to foster the well-being of its residents and develop lifestyle-enhancing communal spaces through VCM, its dedicated community management provider.

VCM will refurbish the swimming pools, paint the parking bays and floors, install more car-charging stations, and add to the children’s play areas across several of Azizi Developments’ buildings in Al Furjan. In addition, the community management provider has organised free-of-charge check-ups for residents, including dental and eye examinations, conducted by 800 Doctor, as well as several family days and movie nights fit for families with their children. 

Moreover, Azizi Developments, through VCM, aims to increase the number of security officers and swimming pool lifeguards across its communities, including Riviera, which is located in the heart of MBR City. Additionally, to foster a culture of oneness and diversity, VCM is also gearing up to organise Diwali and Halloween celebrations, among others.
