Azizi Developments excels in Emiratisation efforts

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has hired 24 Emiratis across key departments, with plans to hire approximately 40 more in the coming weeks, following the latest Emiratisation law and the government’s Nafis initiative.
Tawteen and the Nafis Programme are initiatives launched by the UAE government to increase Emiratisation and ensure employers meet their 2% Emirati employment benchmark. The Nafis initiative encourages UAE nationals to enter the private sector while receiving the highest level of government empowerment and support. The UAE aims to have Emiratis make up 10% of private sector firms by 2026.
In his comments on being aligned with the latest Emiratisation regulations, Mr Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “We operate proudly in alignment with - and even try to exceed - the UAE’s Emiratisation efforts, with us playing a proactive role in empowering Emirati nationals and ensuring their growth at Azizi Developments. We have several high-level, professional positions that we are in the process of filling with exceptional Emirati talent. The UAE is our home and we strive to catalyse its growth and development - Emiratisation guidelines are a valuable, contributing force to this. We strongly believe in the importance and power of having a diverse, multi-cultural work environment, and look forward to enriching ours further.”
Recently, the developer handed over the first seven buildings in the first phase of Riviera in MBR City, as well as Creek Views I, its 634-unit project situated in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City.
With its strategic location near the upcoming Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse — home of the Dubai World Cup — as well as Dubai’s most noteworthy points of interest — Riviera represents one of Azizi Developments’ most coveted projects.
Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery can be visited on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
