LMRA Chief Ausamah Al Absi unveils faces of Bahrain exhibition at capital club
Mr. Ausamah Al Absi, Chief Executive of Labour Market Regulatory Authority LMRA unveiled his debut photography exhibition Faces of Bahrain hosted by Capital Club, Bahrain’s premier private business club on Wednesday, 25th July 2012. The ceremony was attended by H.E. Jameel Humaidan, Labour Minister, H.E. Sameera Rajab, Minister of State for Information Affairs, and Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed, Secretary-General of the Royal Charity Organization, RCO, members of the Club and their guests. More than 75 people attended the event.
The exclusive exhibition showcases more than 50 portrait and landscape photographs by Mr. Al Absi completed in the past two years, and includes an extensive portrait series of people and places. The solo exhibition will be on view until 31 August 2012.
The LMRA Chief Executive’s passion for capturing these special moments has taken him around the Globe – to Europe, the Far East, USA and the Arab world. The collection at the exhibition highlights his love of the humble, the ordinary and the extraordinary, of both people and destinations.
Throughout the Holy Month, there will be a silent auction at the Club, with proceeds from the sale of the collection benefiting the Royal Charity Organization.
The Capital Club organises events such as this as part of its commitment to the community with a series of programs geared towards promoting professional development, women, cultural heritage and local and international art.
