The Bank Beach Club Emerges as Muscat’s Hottest New Leisure Venue

Within just a few days of its launch, The Bank Beach Club has gained widespread popularity with residents of Muscat and Jebel Sifah. Since opening in November, the scenic venue has attracted diners to its Asian-inspired menu, iconic infinity pool, and picturesque views of the Al Hajjar Mountians, the Arabian Sea, as well as Jebel Sifah’s marina. Now widely regarded as a staple of Muscat’s dining calendar, the restaurant has succeeded in drawing visitors to its Mediterranean-style atmosphere throughout the week.
Led by the passionate veteran Chef Julius, previously Sous Chef of the prestigious Nozomi restaurant in Qatar, The Bank Beach Club’s culinary team has created a unique menu that delivers fresh seafood prepared and inspired by Japanese cuisine. The all-encompassing menu perfectly accommodates small to large groups as well as individual diners, delivering the highest standards of service and the most comprehensive selection of Asian-inspired cuisine in the Sultanate.
Jamie Houston, Jebel Sifah Destination Director, said, “The Bank Beach Club has been a successful addition to Jebel Sifah, tying in with our other premium facilities at the destination. Golfers can enjoy a game of golf with a 3-course meal at The Bank Beach Club through our Nine & Dine package, while the Sifawy Boutique Hotel guests are now enjoying the fantastic facilities and cuisine which this new venue has to offer. And for those guests interested to come to The Bank Beach Club for a few hours, our water taxi service now offers pre-booked night journeys back to Muscat.”
Operated and managed by Urban Hospitality, The Bank Beach Club has quickly won the devotion of regular diners. Karl Whelan, President and Founder of Urban Hospitality, said, “Since the launch of The Bank Beach Club earlier this week, it has been incredible to see it gain such considerable popularity with residents of Jebel Sifah and the general public in Muscat. The destination’s location, enveloped by mountains and the sea, perfectly complement the world-class dining experience we offer our guests. We look forward to welcoming even more diners to what has become a stunning amalgamation of exquisite cuisine and nature.”
Jebel Sifah has grown to become a popular attraction amongst local, regional and international visitors. A burgeoning community that boasts a wide variety of freehold properties, restaurants, shops, first-class entertainment facilities and the Sifawy Boutique Hotel. Jebel Sifah is also home to a state-of-the-art marina and a 9-hole Harradine Golf Course managed by experts Troon International.
