Barwa takes part in Cityscape Qatar 2012
Barwa Real Estate Group, one of Qatar’s leading international real estate and investment groups is taking part in Cityscape Qatar 2012, Qatar’s premier international real estate and development event. The event is expected to take place from 23rd to 25th May 2012 at the Doha Exhibition Centre.
Cityscape events are renowned internationally as leading real estate exhibitions, which showcase worldwide property development opportunities and infrastructure projects, whilst attracting international investors, urban planners and designers through to government and regulatory officials.
Cityscape Qatar has already attracted a large number of high-profile participants and exhibitors, including industry leaders such as Barwa Real Estate Group, who is a Platinum sponsor of the event. At the exhibition, Barwa Real Estate Group is expected to showcase a number of its leading projects, which include Barwa Commercial Avenue, a QAR 7 billion mixed-use development; Barwa Al Baraha, the largest workers’ accommodation in the Gulf; and Barwa City, a 1.35 million square meter development, which is expected to launch on 20th May. The group is also expected to announce the launch of a highly anticipated new project, while offering a number of City Scape event exclusive project offers.
Running alongside the exhibition is the inaugural Qatar Real Estate Summit, one of the region’s most influential conferences, which provides the platform for insightful and strategic debate covering regional real estate investment, development and financing strategies. Barwa Real Estate Group’s CEO, Abdulla Abdulaziz Al Subaie is expected to deliver the keynote address on – Supporting Qatar’s 2011-2016 National Strategy through real estate development at the summit.
