As part of the Bank’s belief in promoting Bahrainis to administrative positions and elevating outstanding performers with broad skill sets to important roles, Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the promotion of several employees to senior management positions within the Bank’s various divisions and departments. These promotions included 17% of total members from both genders, 44% women and 56% men.

As the female component occupies approximately 50% of the total promotions in senior management positions, which testifies to the Bank's commitment to its efforts towards replacing young Bahraini leaders and empowering women, reiterating the Bank’s belief in gender equality.
