Burgan Bank, the second largest conventional bank in terms of assets, recently announced its offering of free concierge services to its Premier customers. The services, in which the bank offers, are in collaboration with “Qiblah Concierge”; a professional concierge service in Kuwait.

Premier customers will be able to avail services from a selected list of more than 20 services.

Concierge services offer Premier Customers the opportunity to gain first hand access to planning and assistance services. Through this service, Consumers are able to delegate some of their tasks to professional service providers, who will help with travel arrangements, airport transfers, visa applications, travel insurance, home maintenance, themed party planners, valet parkers, movers & packers, gift purchasing, courier service, tickets to major events, payment of school fees, car registrations, car service, traffic fine payment, car wash, limos for occasions, regular cleaners, restaurant reservations and flower deliveries.

Burgan Bank has introduced the free-of-charge concierge services as part of its wide range of privileges and benefits designated especially for its Premier customers, with the aim of enhancing their banking experience and supporting their needs on every level.
