Al Bustan Centre & Residence conducts fire fighting training

Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartment among visiting tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently conducted a fire fighting training session to raise the level of awareness on fire safety and security procedures amongst the hotel staff.
Mr. Nagi, Security Manager of the hotel conducted the training for the staff from Housekeeping, Security, Engineering and Food & Beverage Departments. The presentation was aimed at training the staff and demonstrating the proper procedure in controlling and extinguishing the fire along with the “Do’s and Don’ts” to be followed, while practicing the same.
Moussa El Hayek, COO, Al Bustan Centre and Residence said: “We conduct the fire fighting training session on regular basis for the safety and security of our respectable guests, visitors and staff, and I highly appreciate the proactive approach of my team for carrying out such exercises while maintaining the service standards of our hotel apartments”.
Nagi added: “Personal safety is very important while fighting the fire and handling the fire extinguishers, these exercises are being carried out to teach you all the self security methods”. Each of the participating staff practices extinguishing the fire and gained insight and confidence from this operation, which will improve their reactions in combatting fire effectively.
