Celebrate the good life, the Cipriani way this summer with an all-new Aperitivo menu. Running for a limited period of time, diners can indulge in sumptuous Italian dishes on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday afternoons and evenings from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.
Overlooking the glistening waters of Yas Marina, guests can look forward to enjoying a special selection of Aperitivo dishes along with refreshing beverages. Diners can choose from:
- Arancini di riso (rice mignons)
- Baccalà mantecato on fried polenta (salted cod on fried polenta)
- Croque Monsieur
- Club sandwich (chicken, veal bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise all encased in a toasted shell)
- Wagyu beef sliders
- Wagyu beef burger
