Diyar Al Muharraq Completes Construction on Al Oyoun Plaza Access Road

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the completion of construction on Al Oyoun Plaza access road, located West of Deerat Al Oyoun. The road comes as an important addition to the internal road network, and will lead to key service facilities in the Deerat Al Oyoun project currently under planning, including Al Oyoun Plaza, a fuel station, a community event hall, and a public health center.

Commenting on the occasion, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, said: “We are pleased to announce the completion of construction on Al Oyoun Plaza access road as scheduled. This road is set to provide direct and easy access to a range of service facilities in Deerat Al Oyoun, in addition to easing the flow of traffic to and from the area. We aim to enhance the lifestyle of our residents and visitors alike while adhering to the highest quality standards.”

Diyar Al Muharraq has designated UCO Engineering as the appointed contractor of the project, and AECOM as the infrastructure consultant for the project. The outlined works included the construction of the internal road as well as all secondary infrastructure services, namely the installation of street lights, sewage and rainwater networks, electrical and potable water networks, and the setup of all telecommunication infrastructure.
