Diyar Al Muharraq Partners with Hope Talents to Join Employee Loyalty Rewards Program

Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain’s largest real estate development company, has partnered with Hope Talents, the talent and human capital management arm of the Hope Fund, to officially join the Employee Loyalty Rewards program.
A signing ceremony was held on Sunday, 14th September, in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Alammadi, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, and Juhaina Al Rumaihi, Head of Human Resources & Administration, alongside several senior officials from the company. Also present were representatives from Hope Ventures, including Saud Alheddi, Director of Projects, as well as a delegation from Hope Talents led by General Manager, Ahmed Alnajdi.
Under this agreement, monthly draws will be organized for employees of Diyar Al Muharraq, offering them a variety of cash prizes under various categories such as Monthly Loyalty Rewards, National Reward, and a dedicated Youth Loyalty Reward. The initiative aims to foster a positive workplace culture, increase employee engagement, and boost retention. The collaboration also highlights Diyar Al Muharraq’s broader commitment to nurturing a dynamic professional environment and cultivating a deep sense of loyalty and belonging among its employees.
On the occasion, Eng. The Employee Loyalty Rewards program is a first-of-its-kind national initiative in the region. Embodying the vision of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), the initiative aims to cultivate an ethos of acknowledgement and encourage Bahraini youth to excel within local institutions and companies.
