du Live! brings the biggest hard rock band in the planet - Metallica for the first time in the region, to the UAE!

What do Metallica, Fat Boy Slim, Britney Spears and Paul McCartney have in common? They’ll all be performing in Abu Dhabi before the end of the year – brought to you by du Live! – the live entertainment platform from du. Hot on the heels of the du Live!’s successful Janet Jackson concert comes Metallica, the legendary hard rock band will perform for the first time in the UAE at Yas Arena, Abu Dhabi, on 25 October. Fans will have the chance to rock out in their own style with engaging pre-concert activities, including a Guitar Hero battle.  

The exciting line-up of concerts from now until year-end is a music-lover’s paradise, with the best performers in the industry coming live to the stages of the UAE. 

Having already brought some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry to the UAE, du Live! is continuing its quest to up the music ante in the country with a line-up to appeal to everyone.  

November kicks off with an act to appealing to Bollywood fans, as du Live! brings the hugely popular Indian  singer Sonu Nigam live to the stage at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, on 7 November, where he will perform his most popular songs This will be followed by Yasalam! 2011, from 9-13 November at the Abu Dhabi corniche, bringing a non-stop line-up of the most thrilling music acts from the West and Arab worlds – and all completely free!

Wrapping up 2011 in spectacular style, du Live! will bring Tamer Hosny to Downtown Burj Khalifa, Dubai. The Egyptian artist will perform a thrilling act for his fans at the iconic UAE landmark. Watch this space for an equally thrilling du Live! line-up for 2012 – the entertainment just gets better!
