Just in time for the summer travelling season, du has announced its new Easy Roaming offer – something no traveller can be without! Whether customers are on business in Australia, holidaying in the USA or visiting any number of destinations in between, they can opt-in for du’s new Easy Roaming offer to enjoy voice, SMS and data rates similar to those in the UAE when using 100+preferred partner networks in 45 countries.

We are pleased to have partnered with more than 100 operators in 45 of the most popular destinations for UAE travellers, allowing us to remove roaming rates and give our customers the freedom to call their family and friends or use data at the same cost as doing so at home,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Commercial Officer, du.

With Easy Roaming activated, du’s mobile customers enjoy great savings on voice SMS and Data communications while roaming on the preferred networks. What is even more attractive is that Easy Roaming can be availed even without a roaming deposit.

Customers can stay connected to the internet with Easy Roaming data packages starting at just AED50.

To enjoy Easy Roaming, customers must opt-in for the service by sending SMS ‘Easy’free of charge to 5102, either while in the UAE or abroad. Both post-paidand Pay as you Go® customers can enjoy Easy Roaming foran activation fee of AED10. For the first month of launch, du has waived the activation fee for all, so be sure to sign up now!

Easy roaming rates are available in 45 countries worldwide, on preferred partner networks. Customers with Easy Roaming activated will receive an SMS upon arrival in their international destination, notifying them of the preferred partner network in that country.
