eHosting DataFort ends GITEX Technology week 2013 on high note

eHosting DataFort (eHDF), the region’s leading managed IT services provider and a member of TECOM Investments, has been named ‘Best Managed Services Provider of the Year’ at the ACN Arab Technology Awards 2013 that was held as part of the GITEX Technology Week. eHDF clinched the top honour from among several entries and four finalists.

The five-day GITEX Technology Week 2013 also saw eHDF launch its new public cloud service.

Following their purchase as per requirement, clients can set up and start using their virtual machines in less than 15 minutes. The virtual machines are easily scalable with the option to increase or decrease memory at the click of a button.

At GITEX, eHDF received high interest from potential customers around the Middle East for its managed services including cloud technology. eHDF was among the first to introduce private cloud at GITEX 2012 and now with the introduction of the public cloud it has extended its offerings to small and medium businesses.

One of the largest ICT exhibitions in the Middle East, GITEX Technology Week 2013 ran from 20-24 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre. eHDF exhibited in the Cloud Confex Area at GITEX, showcasing its managed hosting, disaster recovery and cloud infrastructure services.
