Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, recently announced that it has been named a finalist at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2015 for its commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Epicor is one of the finalists in the technology and telecoms category.
The winners will be announced during the grand gala awards ceremony that takes place on 20 January, 2016 at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel in Dubai, UAE. The ceremony will celebrate excellence in customer and digital experiences across a broad spectrum of industry sectors. At the event, industry experts and finalists are expected to share their knowledge on a wide range of best practices at regional and global levels.
