marhaba, the well-known premium Meet and Greet service for passengers at Dubai International Airport today unveiled a bright new look and feel by revealing a fresh, vibrant logo and renewed product offering.
Operated by dnata, marhaba - which means ‘welcome’ in Arabic was launched in December 1991 to help passengers arriving in or departing from Dubai International Airport. The popularity of marhaba’s services has grown exponentially in recent years in line with Dubai’s growth as a major international travel hub.
The new logo, which was revealed to visitors at the Arabian Travel Market today, comes only months after marhaba celebrated its 20th anniversary. At the end of March, the business also announced a brand new uniform which will be worn by every one of almost 600 staff working in Dubai from early June. The new look and feel of the brand has been designed to offer a modern, revitalised approach to what is a well-established and trusted service.
Over the years, the product offering has evolved to match the growing demands of passengers with a growing list of services and extra options designed to make the passenger airport experience as comfortable as possible. These comprehensive services have now been packaged as Gold, Silver and Bronze, allowing passengers to easily determine which services will best meet their needs.
“We have been offering our services for over 20 years and as a brand, we are well known and trusted in this market” said Jon Conway, Divisional Senior Vice President for dnata’s airport operations. “We have refreshed our brand and created a totally new logo. Staff will soon all have a head-turning new uniform they will be proud to wear and we’ve made our products easier to understand. What's just as important is that our core values of exceptional customer service and attention to detail will remain unchanged,” he added.
