Mashreq appoints new UAE National staff

In line with the bank’s ongoing commitment to offer job opportunities to UAE Nationals, Mashreq, one of the UAE’s leading financial institutions recently announced the appointment of a new group. The move demonstrates Mashreq’s support towards Emiratisation initiative drive to attract UAE Nationals to join the Banking industry. 

In coordination and cooperation with TANMIA & Emirates National Development Program (ENDP), Mashreq attracted 18 new staff members to join its branches network. The new staff members have undergone the induction program, which highlights the banks retail operations. 

Mariam Al Ali, Manager, UAE National Recruitment & Development, Mashreq said, “We continue to implement our strategy to employ UAE Nationals, which reinforces our efforts to enhance the Emirati workforce in the industry. Our focus is to prepare tomorrow’s leaders and ensure they are equipped with all the required skills to excel in their job roles. At Mashreq, we are constantly attracting UAE National staff to join the bank, as they play a significant role towards the growth and sustainability of the industry.” 

The new set will be joining the bank’s branch network enhancing the frontline of Emirati staff. Mashreq aims to increase number of UAE staff in branches, while offering continuous training opportunities.
