Following the great success of its “No Pin Left Behind” bowling tournament organized last year, the Menacom Group recently concluded the second year running of the exhilarating championship, which took place at Kempinski Hotel’s Strikers Bowling Center.

The tournament enjoyed the participation of 16 teams from Menacom’s various agencies, including Y&R, Wunderman, MediaEdge, Asda’a Burson-Marsteller, Polaris and Intermarkets — all of whom competed for the championship title over the course of three eventful days.

Given the fact that competition is what fuels the marketing communications industry, the “No Pins Left Behind” tournament constituted a fun-filled opportunity for Menacom’s staff to reignite the competitive edge within their work environment. It also came to showcase the unique harmony that pervades Menacom’s internal culture, which is ultimately what allows the group to deliver its lineup of integrated communications solutions.

Throughout the three days of the tournament, the participating teams received a variety of valuable prizes, leading up to the final day which saw the chairman of the Menacom Group presenting the honorary trophy to the captain of the winning team. The participating employees expressed their gratitude for being given the opportunity to partake in such a constructive and invigorating team-building activity.

MENACOM, part of WPP and Y&R Brands, with headquarters in Dubai, is the Middle East and North Africa region's leading communications conglomerate. The group includes advertising agencies Y&R and Intermarkets; public relations firms ASDA’A Burson-Marsteller and Polaris; direct marketing specialists Wunderman; and media specialist firm MEC.
