MoF Launches ‘a Land of Extraordinary Achievements’ Campaign and a Series of National Celebrations

On the occasion of the 48th National Day of the UAE, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) organized its annual celebration at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The celebration were attended by the ministry's leaders, strategic partners and employees.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Minister of Finance, congratulated H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and their fellow Highnesses, Supreme Council members and rulers of the UAE.
H.H. said: “On this occasion, we pay homage to the efforts of the Founding Fathers in the union of the nation, and renew our loyalty to our wise and unwavering leadership for the benefit of the homeland. We also reaffirm our commitment to work towards achieving the vision of our leadership, and strive to contribute effectively towards strengthening the local economy and driving sustainable economic growth in the country.”
On this national occasion, which coincides with the Year of Tolerance celebrated by the UAE since the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Finance organized a series of national and heritage events. The ministry also organized the Financial Tolerance Forum, which was aimed at employees and strategic partners at the Dubai Municipality's Architectural Heritage Department. The ministry also visited several archaeological sites in the historic Shindagha area, including the Archaeological Museum Sarouq Al Hadid, the Story of the Creek in the Shindagha Museum and the Perfume House.
The Ministry of Finance recently launched a national campaign titled ‘A Land of Extraordinary Achievements’ on its social channels, to celebrate the ministry’s and the UAE’s various achievements throughout the year. The ceremony concluded with a group photo shoot.
