Nawras introduces free Internet Performance Reports for corporate customers

Nawras, is delighted to announce the launch of an innovative Internet Performance Report to assist corporate customers to maximise their telecommunications usage through detailed control and monitoring of usage patterns. With this latest free service from Oman’s customer friendly communications provider, Nawras Internet Enterprise customers can use this convenient new tool to quickly obtain a clear and precise record of their company’s internet usage.  

Nawras Internet Enterprise service provides a dedicated bandwidth or alternatively it can be customised in a range to meet particular requirements. Detailed internet traffic reports can be extracted for no charge at any time and from any location to assist corporate customers with the control and monitoring of their telecommunications.  

Live reports can be requested as well as past records for the last 48 hours, the last month or the last year.  Single or multiple service reports can be produced and reports can be exported to PDF format and for direct printing. Information can be delivered on a regular or ad hoc basis. 

Traffic reports are accessed through the MyNawras portal at https://www.mynawras.com. From the home page, a click on My Services gives the option of selecting Internet Enterprise Performance Report. The next step is to choose the required services before clicking on ‘view service report’ to display the selected data for analysing. This data includes downlink and uplink traffic as well as a combination of the two.
