NBK Automobiles rewards employees for commitment and performance

NBK Automobiles, the exclusive dealers of Mercedes-Benz in Qatar, recently held its annual appreciation ceremony in recognition of the exemplar commitment, efforts and performance of its sales and after-sales team members for the year 2012.

The ceremony was held at The Ritz-Carlton hotel with the presence of HE Sheikh Nawaf Nasser Bin Khaled Al Thani, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NBK, Khaled Shaaban, General Manager of NBK Auto, Martin Krewenka, Head of Daimler Central/Eastern Europe, Africa & Asia and Hans JuergenPfeil, Head of After sales for Daimler Middle East & Levant.

On the occasion Sheikh Nawaf Nasser Bin Khaled Al Thani said: “2012 has been a superb year for us at NBK owing to the firm belief of each and every person on our team in our vision, our values and our role in the country. Looking to the steadfast commitment of my colleagues in the holding, I can confidently say that NBK will be going places and will move from one success to another, times and again. In his turn, Khaled Shaaban said: “In 2013, we will continue to build on our existing strengths and leadership position in the market. The NBK Auto team members were awarded with certificates and gifts as token of appreciation to their relentless determination. Staff also had the opportunity to share with everyone present their personal experiences and aspirations at NBK.

NBK Automobiles recently broke a new record bagging the Best Performance for the Year 2012 award by Daimler. The award underlined NBK Automobiles’ outstanding sales achieving the highest number of units in the region.

The company played a key role in increasing Mercedes-Benz worldwide sales offering its clients’ base with a host of value-added services to both their sales and after-sales experience.
