New and improved ibqOnLine goes live

The new and improved ibqOnLine is now live with more features, higher safety measures and a refreshed look. The 24/7 service provides all customers with secure, easy and convenient banking offering them non-stop access to their accounts and allowing them to carry out a host of transactions. More than 60 per cent of IBQ customers currently bank online and with the new ibqOnLine, the number of users is expected to rise significantly.
ibqOnLine offers a range of new and improved features allowing for simpler registration and transactions with the ability to create and manage beneficiaries, easier domestic and international transfers, and even opening new accounts online. Security and safety features have been improved with a virtual keyboard for login details and a secure token for high-value transactions.

The ibqOnLine service was launched in late May 2009 along with the IBQ Access campaign. Since the launch, the ibqOnLine service witnessed a considerable sign-up rate. In addition to the substantial list of new features, the ibqOnLine service provides customers with continuous access to their money, the possibility to transfer money between accounts, domestic and international transfers, phone banking and secure messaging. Complementing the ibqOnLine service is a full retail banking platform which includes a 24/7 Call Centre as well as SMS Banking and alerts.
