Nuqul Group organizes the second regional Compensation and Benefits Workshop
As part of its ongoing communication with its employees and driven by the objective of equipping them with the latest skills, Nuqul Group has recently organized the second regional “Compensation and Benefits Workshop” that was held at Nuqul Group’s Head Office in Amman, Jordan.
Attended by Nuqul Group’s HR regional teams representing Egypt, Kuwait, KSA and Iran, the workshop was led by the Group HR Manager, Mr. Majed Hasan, and focused on the alignment of work standards across different levels to ensure effective results. The event also offered a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences in the field of compensation and benefits benchmarked against international and renowned standards.
On this occasion, Mr. Nicola Billeh, Nuqul Group’s HR Director, said: “The second regional Compensation and Benefits Workshop reflects our ongoing efforts to align our reward management system with the Group’s strategy. The workshop brings together our HR professionals in the Group and offers an opportunity leading to effective overall development.”
Mr. Billeh added: “The two-day workshop shed light on the latest compensation and benefits practices and helped Nuqul Group’s HR teams to activate their roles as strategic business partners. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Elia Nuqul, founded Nuqul Brothers Company on January 1, 1952 in Jordan as a trade and import company for foodstuff.
