Season 1 of the critically acclaimed Orange is the New Black is set to mark its exclusive premiere on ‘GO by OSN’, the region's premium online TV service, on September 1, 2014.

Screened for the first time in the Middle East on ‘GO by OSN’, Season 1 of Orange is the New Black follows Piper Chapman as she trades her designer jeans for an orange prison jumpsuit. The show stars Taylor Schilling as Piper, a Smith graduate whose decade-old love affair with drug smuggler Alex (Laura Prepon) leads to her arrest and year-long detention within the walls of a women's penitentiary. Piper leaves behind her fiancé Larry (Jason Biggs) to serve her time "inside" with an eccentric group of outspoken inmates, each with their own story and fascinating ways of dealing with prison life.

This super hit Netflix series has been nominated for a string of awards including the People's Choice Award for Favourite Streaming Series and Writers Guild of America Awards for New Series, Comedy Series and Episodic Comedy including several Emmy nominations and wins.
