Qatar Foundation School Children Train With Chelsea FC Coaches

More than 100 children from Qatar Foundation (QF) schools received premier training from a team of visiting Chelsea Football Club (CFC) Foundation coaches at Awsaj Academy on Thursday, April 12.

The event, organized by QF’s Pre-University Education, delivered two football coaching workshops led by Zack Wooster, CFC’s International Football Development Officer, and fellow coaches Max Fouracre, Paul Westren, Russell Banyard, and Rory Bidgood.

The sessions catered for 50 primary school children from Qatar Academy Doha (QAD), Qatar Academy Msheireb, and Awsaj Academy; and 60 middle school children from Qatar Academy Sidra, Awsaj Academy, Qatar Academy Al Khor, and QAD.
