Regional trainers become certified BMW Group MasterTrainers

Nine trainers from BMW Group Middle East’s network of importers have successfully completed an intensive four-week training course to become certified BMW Group trainers.
Consisting of four week-long modules covering delivery skills, course design and training leadership, the BMW Group Trainer Academy equips graduates with the necessary skills to conduct professional training sessions to executives within their importerships.
“We are committed to implementing and maintaining a premium level of training for our importer executives that is in line with the global training standards of the BMW Group brand,” said Rudolf Spann, After-Sales Director of BMW Group Middle East. “The BMW Group Trainer Academy programme ensures that each trainer is certified as per BMW Group’s high training standards and as a result, qualified to conduct technical and non-technical training to the employees of the importers across the region.
Established to support the highest quality in training design and delivery worldwide, the comprehensive and standardised BMW Group training programme ensures the best possible efficiency and sustainability in training across The Group.
Participants must pass a practical and theoretical exam in order to qualify for the programme. After completing the initial four-week course, additional training modules are taken throughout the year to develop skill sets further.
