Rixos Premium Dubai Is Taking Part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge This November

Rixos Premium Dubai has already taken the first steps in what promises to be a very healthy November as several employees are participating in various fitness activities throughout the month. In a commitment to create a more restorative workforce, the property has organized several exciting activities for its staff members to partake in, which also perfectly align with the Dubai Fitness Challenge.  

With the Dubai Fitness Challenge now in full swing, the team at Rixos Premium have already kicked off their own fitness journey by enjoying an extremely beneficial yoga session led by wellness instructor Demet Cetinkaya on November 2nd. On November 9th, several staff members also completed a cycle at Al Qudra Lake in association with Trek Bikes Rental.  

At the halfway mark in the month, there is still plenty more in store for the team as on November 16th, a Zumba Fitness Class will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the wellness center area. To wrap up the month, Rixos Premium Dubai staff will participate in the Dubai Run 2022 on November 20th before finishing the series of activities with an invigorating kayaking session on November 23rd.  

Dubai Fitness Challenge is an annual celebration of fitness and wellness and this year’s edition began on October 29th and will run until November 27th. The city is encouraged to spend 30 minutes on fitness daily for 30 days. With an action-packed calendar of complimentary classes, sporting events, group workout sessions, and healthy eating tutorials all over the city, Dubai Fitness Challenge is the ideal way to start your fitness journey.  

With plenty more initiatives planned for the coming months, Rixos Premium Dubai always champions its social responsibility to benefit its staff and the city. The resort hopes these sessions will positively impact staff members and encourage them to take a more active role in looking after their health.
