Rotana Hotels Named Best Employer in Iraq and Lebanon

As one of the largest hospitality employers in the region that supports thousands of direct and indirect jobs, the recognition by the global leader in talent, Aon Hewitt, is a milestone achievement for Rotana, and an endorsement of the efforts it has undertaken to foster a collaborative work environment while ensuring the highest level of employee loyalty and satisfaction.

The award coincides with the brand’s completion of 25 successful years in the business, becoming the leading hotel management company in the region, with 55 operating properties in 21 cities across 13 countries in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.

Now in its 17th year, the Aon awards identify the top performing companies based on high employee engagement, effective leadership, compelling employer brand and strong performance culture.
