Samsung Electronics Levant introduces the “Golden Card” for its premium products in Jordan

Samsung Electronics Levant Launched its new "Golden Card" to consumers who purchase premium Samsung Electronics smartphones, home appliances and Smart TVs products in Jordan.

Golden Card owners will have access to various useful services from BCI Group; Samsung official mobile distributor and Hikmat Yassin and Sons Co.; the official distributor of home appliances and home entertainment devices in Jordan. The services include special discounts on repair costs, in addition to product features demo, and provide product inspection services at home. The Golden Card is available when purchasing Samsung products from BCI Group, Hikmat Yassin Sons Co. and the Hypermarkets.

Mr. Fadi Abu Shamat, Head of Retail & Corporate Marketing at Samsung Electronics Levant commented by saying: “Samsung Electronics doesn’t only invent premium products for consumers, it exceeds that with excellent after sales services to the give the consumer the ultimate experience with the products of their selection”, “We aim to elevate the after sales services by offering the consumers an integrated experience with the different products” he added.
