Samsung Offers to Extend Warranty Due to COVID Movement Restriction
With the global spread of COVID-19 impacting most communities, Samsung is adapting its practices to protect the health and well-being of our people and customers. As such, the service centers in Jordan are currently closed in accordance to government advice and will reopen until further notice.
Samsung is offering to extend the warranty of our products for customers who could not get service and their warranty expires during movement restriction period that started on March 18th, 2020. The offer will be 1 month starting from the end date of movement restriction.
Samsung will never leave its customers without support of course. The call center is operating from their own homes to provide you the professional support their customer deserves. The call center operates from 8.00am till 5.00pm during this curfew but will return to its 24/7 operation once curfew ends. The contact numbers are 0800-22273 or +962-6-5777444.
A key solution Samsung has to support their customers is Remote Service. The service professional in the call center can remote enter your Smart TV or mobile and support solve software issues or guide on a feature. Of course, this is fully secured and request your permission before starting the session.
