SHUAA CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NEW CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

United Arab Emirates, 29 April 2024: SHUAA Capital psc (DFM: SHUAA) today announced the re-election of three members of its board of directors (Mr Badr Al Olama, Mr Ahmed Al Ahmadi and Mrs Hamda AlMheiri) and the election of Mr Darwish Alketbi and Mr Nabil Ramadhan as new directors. 

Badr Al Olama takes over as Chairman, while Nabil Ramadhan and Ahmed Al Ahmadi take over as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Board, respectively.
