Souq.com Collaborates With Saudi Electronic University to Support the Saudi Vision 2030
SOUQ.com, an Amazon company, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Electronic University, represented by the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, for an initiative that allows for knowledge exchange, student projects and internship opportunities. The memorandum was signed at the University's headquarters in Riyadh by Dean of the Administrative and Financial Sciences College at the Saudi Electronic University, Dr. Thamer Omar Alhussain. The signing event was attended by the University's Vice President of Academic Affairs, Prof. Abdullah Bin Omar Al-Najjar, and Saleem Hammad, General Manager of SOUQ.com, KSA.
The Saudi Electronic University strives to develop the values and skills of the Saudi youth in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. This agreement is part of SOUQ’s ongoing efforts to train and create job opportunities for Saudi Arabia’s younger generation and support in building a knowledge based society in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Electronic University is an accredited government establishment, founded with the approval of the late Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for the decision of the Higher Education Council to establish it in 2011. The University contains the following colleges: College of Administrative and Financial Sciences. College of Computing and Informatics. College of Health Sciences. College of Science and Theoretical Studies. It employs integrated education, which combines physical face-to-face attendance with attendance via technology from any place via virtual classes.
