SouqExtra! boost culture and family experience during Ramadan and Eid across its UAE centers

SouqExtra!, the national chain of community supercenters rewarded residents in the UAE with many engaging activities and competitions throughout the month of Ramadan and are promising residents more fun and excitement during the festive period of Eid Al Fitr. 

During Eid residents and their families will have the chance to engage with a variety of fun and entertaining activities while visiting Souq Extra’s various centers in Dubai (Barsha, Al Qouz, Ewan), in addition to many exciting competitions and theatre performances taking place at Souq Extra! Al Ain. 

“During Ramadan the entertainment and activities offered at Souq Extra! Centers turned out to be a huge success. Our aim is to engage with the community through various family activities relevant to the holy month of Ramadan, where residents and their children can get together and enjoy the festive season. The activities included many family and kid-friendly activities which succeeded in giving children from the local community a chance to interact with each other.”” said Saleh Abdullah Lootah, Managing Director of SouqExtra! 

The SouqExtra! Al Quoz was the last center to open in July 2011 making the total GLA area 130,000 Square Feet. Souq Extra! Provides a mix of outlets offering a convenient retail solution to each of the local communities it is located in, through the number of high-quality services carefully chosen to meet the needs of the local residents. 

 The retail mix includes outlets of Spinneys supermarket, Lulu Supermarket, Subway, Dubai Library, Grand Optics, McDonald’s, Al Hajis Perfumes,  Breadstory, We Care Pharmacy, Baskin Robbins and Mademoiselle Salon and Spa amongst others, providing the local community with a one-stop-shop offering products and services to meet the needs of the entire family. 

The SouqExtra! Activities will continue till the 4^th of September and include special promotions running across all centers from different retailers such as Al Farooj, Shimmer Abayas, Pistachio, Fourtees, Al nofra sweets amongst others.
