Train the Trainer’ programme organized for staff at Millennium Resort Mussanah

Millennium Resort Mussanah recently organized an on the job ‘Train the Trainer’ program that provided the heads of departments, assistant heads, and supervisors with a strong foundation in critical developmental skills and techniques. This training is a new and innovative approach to train tasks by developing the Art of Task Breakdown. Led by veteran Executive Housekeeper Rita Ogunfiditimi, the three day initiative focused on teaching participants a number of essential knowledge-based skills and methods of passing them on to other team members.
