Pervaiz Naviede, a property entrepreneur in the north of England, intends to capitalize on the booming Dubai property market by floating Dubai Realty Opportunities on Ofex.
According to the FT, Mr Naviede wants to provide up to £1m of the initial £5m being raised in an initial public offering led by Acorn Corporate Finance.
