ADC announced Tuesday that Qtel will deploy ADC's MetricaR Performance Manager to monitor their network performance and the quality of services delivered to all of Qtel's mobile subscribers throughout Qatar. ADC has won the contract with Qtel via its partner in the region, Mannai Trading.
"In line with our Qturn transformation programme, our priority is to provide superior customer service and the latest products and services demanded by the rapidly growing Qatari economy," said Dr. Nasser Marafih, CEO for Qtels.

By deploying Metrica, Qtel will have a comprehensive view of both the quality of their network and the services being delivered on it. This will enable QTEL to detect potential problems and resolve them to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
