The Moroccan National Airline Company has equipped its Mohamed V Airport in Casablanca with two self-service boarding kiosks, model IER*978, with the aim of improving its service quality and saving time to its clients. Purchase of tickets will be possible either trough the internet at www.royalairmaroc.com or in the traditional way, through one of R.A.M agencies or one of the travel agencies, which works with it. However, after purchasing the ticket and arriving to the airport customers will be able to proceed with all their check-in requirements by themselves, and also record all their actions, by using one of these self-service kiosks.
<i>EMarrakech</i> reports that this innovation is first of its kind in all of Africa and part of the Royal Air of Morocco will to conform with the International Air Association Transport (IATA) standards.
