Details of the Saraya Islands Project in Ras Al Khaimah were recently unveiled by the government of Ras Al Khaimah, Saraya Holdings and Arab Bank, while infrastructure works has begun for the project.
The the Island Saraya project will occupy seven-kilometers of Julfar Island, located between the range of the Hajjar Mountains and the Arabian Gulf, and will cover an area of over one million square meters according to Khaleej Times.
The move marks the beginning of a process to develop the unexplored Julfar Island into a world-class tourism destination.
